At a time when prices on everything are increasing, it could be tempting to think that a few $ could be saved by ditching the Landlord insurance. But Murphy is alive and well. The argument that you have an excellent Property Manager and an even better tenant, neither can control the future. The best tenancies can go south due to loss of employment, health issues and marriage breakdowns among other things and in an economy which is so uncertain, now is not the time to cease insuring your investment.
