As we are moving towards another winter, owners should consider checking the gutters and roof of your rental property. We all know that it is extremely difficult to get contractors for anything at the moment as they are so busy but roofing contractors in the winter is almost impossible. A leaking roof can lead to sagging ceilings, extra painting as well as mould issues.
