Our Story

Property Management is much more than securing a new tenant and managing a tenancy.  It is about a relationship between two parties, the Owner and the Agent, and the development of trust which enables the Property Manager to perform the duties required to the highest level of competence and owner satisfaction.  It is also the security of knowing that your requests will be met, and your Property Managers' are fully equipped with the skills and systems required to manage your investment.

MWPG only employs Property Managers with a minimum of five years’ experience and a REIWA Accreditation to look after your property.  They are required to undertake all Compulsory Professional Development training and additional targeted training to keep themselves at the forefront of the industry.  This ensures that you are being provided with the best possible advice from people who have a wealth of experience in the industry.

 

Our Property Managers are responsible for the end to end management of your property, conducting Home Opens, checking references, personally communicating with you on applicants, tenants and maintenance dependent on your requirements.  You will have one port of call to discuss your property and you will come to know and trust your Property Manager.
