That’s why we only employ experienced, REIWA-accredited professionals who genuinely care about your investment. Every MWPG Property Manager has a minimum of five years’ hands-on experience, is REIWA Accredited and stays current with industry training to ensure you receive expert, up-to-date advice.
You’ll have one dedicated Property Manager handling everything, from leasing and inspections to maintenance and communication. No call centres. No confusion. Just reliable service and a single point of contact who knows your property and understands your priorities.

Meet the team
Geraldine brings a wealth of life and professional experience to her role as Licensee of MWPG. Her career has taken her from working as a languages translator in the motor industry in the United Kingdom, to a role in industrial relations in Australia, and later, running her own successful catering business. These varied roles have helped her develop exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a deep ability to empathise, listen, and communicate effectively with clients from all walks of life.
In 2011, Geraldine began her career in residential property management, quickly expanding her expertise to include commercial property management and trust accounting. Her dedication to professionalism led her to complete her Triennial Certificate, and she is now a REIWA Accredited Property Manager, committed to staying current with legislative changes and best practices.

Gordon’s career has taken him across industries, continents, and leadership roles, but one thing has always stayed the same: his focus on people and doing things the right way.
With over 20 years of experience running businesses, from telecommunications in the mining sector to Regional Manager in an international recruitment firm across Australia, the UK, and Mongolia, Gordon brings a strong background in management, accountability, and client service to the real estate world.
Now at MWPG, he’s channelled all that experience into building a property management business that puts owners first.
